Keven Dahl lives in Sycamore and has been in the development business for over 20 years.  He started developing rural subdivisions in Grundy County and DeKalb County, then moving on to complete Landahl North Subdivision in Sycamore.  Mr Dahl is currently finishing the 5th phase of single family lots in Townsend Woods Subdivision.  He is starting the infrastructure to have commercial/retail sites ready in the summer of 2005 along N. Main (Route 23).  He is in the process of selling the 1st phase of Duplex lots at the newest subdivision, Robinson Farm in Cortland, with expectations of starting the 2nd phase, which includes both Duplex and Multi-Family lots the summer of 2005. Mr. Dahl is a University of Illinois graduate and has been a Little League coach, member of the Farm Bureau, Chamber of Commerce, Jaycees, Rotary, Church Council, Fire & Police Commission, Sycamore City Council and DeKalb County Board.
